Sound Isolation Door

The thickness of the sound isolation door leaf is 55 mm, no door threshold design, the surface of the door leaf is mainly flat, and the surface of the door leaf can be made of stainless steel decorative strip. With professional soundproof materials in multi-layer sealing structure, the 55mm thick build soundproof door tested by a third party laboratory is 35-38dB (A). Soundproof door systems are suitable for home, hotels (such as: study, bedroom, piano room, school, hospital, etc.), office, conference hall, etc.

1. Structure of door leaf 55mm thick:

The surface structure of the sound isolation door leaf is: sound insulation composite material + multi-layer solid wood composite board + environmental friendly wear-resistant paint.
The surface and four sides of the sound deadening door leaf are automatic edge banding wood finishes. (wood veneer type: natural veneer and technical veneer, veneer thickness is 0.5mm-0.6mm)
The bottom of the door is equipped with an automatic lifting seal strip(concealed), which is in close contact with the ground and provides excellent sound insulation, smoke and mosquito resistance.

2. The door frame structure adopts a multi-layer soundproof sealing structure;

The surface structure of the sound proof door and frame is: soundproof composite material + veneer (visible surface veneer), double wall structure of outer shell, shell size design: 55x15mm, 60x18mm (can be customized);
Hardware accessories standard: 3mm thick stainless steel hinge, bearing 30KG / PCS, to make the gap between the door frame and door leaf is controlled within 3mm;
The thickness of the side of the sound proofing door frame is 45 mm;
The width of the sound isolation door frame is 120mm /160mm /180mm /200mm. (Sound isolation doors can also be customized according to the thickness of the wall).

3. Soundproof door options:

Standard size: (H) 2100mm *(W)900mm (height*width)
The maximum custom size is: single leaf: (W) 1100mm * (H) 3000mm; double leaf: (W) 2000mm * (H) 3000mm.

4. Open direction selection: (standing outside)

Open to the right from inward (hinge on the right, handle on the left); open to the right from outward (hinge on the right, handle on the left);
Open to the left from inward (hinge on the left, handle on the right); open to the left from outward (hinge on the left, handle on the right).

5. Wall structure selection: (three wall structure selection)

Packing: The surface of soundproof door system is protected by blue film + lining 10mm thick pearl film + strong plywood outer packaging.
Production period: 1-50 PCS: 30 days; 50-100 PCS: 35 days; 100-200 PCS: 40 days.
